Car Rental Conditions
Below you can find the general car rental terms and conditions of Linie Rent a Car, including driver requirements, rental duration, insurance coverage, and vehicle usage policies.

Driver and Usage Conditions
The rented vehicle may only be driven by the individual(s) specified in the rental agreement and delivery form. Any damage, loss, or accident caused by third parties not stated in the agreement shall not be covered by any insurance or guarantee.
If you wish to add an additional driver, please contact our offices. Additional drivers must be approved and registered in the rental agreement.

Young Driver Policy
- Economy Group: Drivers aged 20 with at least 1 year of driving license may rent by paying the Young Driver fee.
- Middle Segment: Drivers aged between 21–24 with at least 2 years of driving license may rent by paying the Young Driver fee.
- Upper Segment: Drivers aged between 24–27 with at least 3 years of driving license may rent by paying the Young Driver fee.
Super Mini Damage Insurance is mandatory for young driver rentals. Linie Rent a Car reserves the right to refuse or limit the young driver policy.
Car rental service is not available for drivers aged 65 and over.
Rental Duration
The minimum rental duration is 24 hours. During peak seasons and public holidays, this period may be extended. A daily mileage limit may apply under the Fair Usage Policy.
Late Return
If the vehicle is returned 2 hours or more after the scheduled return time, the applicable daily rental fee will be added to the contract.
Pricing
All prices include VAT.
Fuel Policy
Vehicles are not delivered with a full fuel tank. The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as at pickup. Any missing fuel will be charged at return.
Reservations are made based on vehicle groups. Brand, model, color, and fuel type (diesel or petrol) are not guaranteed.
Vehicle Delivery
Reservations are confirmed based on vehicle groups only; brand or model cannot be guaranteed. If the requested vehicle cannot be allocated, a free upgrade may be offered or a downgrade may be applied with price adjustment.
Providing your flight number helps us monitor possible delays. Reservations not collected within 1 hour of the scheduled pickup time may be cancelled.
One-Way Rental
Returning the vehicle to a different city than the pickup location is subject to Linie Rent a Car approval and additional fees.
Insurance and Coverage
Insurance plans may vary depending on campaigns and pricing. Details are specified in the rental agreement and delivery form.
- Mini Damage Insurance: up to 8,000 TL
- Super Mini Damage Insurance: up to 18,000 TL
- Premium Damage Insurance: up to 38,000 TL
Traffic Fines
All traffic fines incurred during the rental period are the responsibility of the renter.

Availability of additional services depends on office stock.
Reservation Changes and Cancellation
Reservations can be canceled free of charge up to 24 hours before the pickup time. Cancellations made within the last 24 hours are subject to a one-day No-Show fee.
Extension of Rental Period
The rental period cannot be extended unilaterally. Any extension is subject to Linie Rent a Car approval and will be charged at the current rate.
Important Information
- In case of an accident, a police report and alcohol test are mandatory.
- Vehicles cannot be used outside Turkey.
- Vehicles will not be delivered without presenting a physical driving license.
- Linie Rent a Car is not responsible for personal belongings left in the vehicle.
